Portfolio tracker Blockfolio has today announced that it will make the crypto experience even more streamlined by integrating ‘exchange connections,’ a new feature allowing for the automatic update of your portfolio. Starting next week, you don't even have to lift a finger to see your trades back in your crypto portfolio.
Portfolio trackers were once a tool for long term holders, simply tracking a manual input of holdings. Now, this novel new feature has widened the scope to another demographic of traders, who no longer have to manually import trades in order to keep their portfolios up to date.
Blockfolio 2.2, the portfolio tracker’s next upgrade, will come equipped with this new option, connecting to several exchanges, and automatically importing all transactions without going through the laborious effort of importing and inputting every single trade.
Blockfolio has teamed up with 7 exchanges so far, including Binance, Bittrex, Coinbase, OKEX, and Poloniex.
Exchange connections will also allow for the importing of past trades and will work solely in read-only access, extending usability and privacy further. Blockfolio is planning to launch the new feature next week.
